Yoga, which has the same root as "yoked" is to live as God would, for the same purposes, creation and advancement of life.

Yoga has its roots in the ancient polytheism of Indo-European tribes as manifested in India. The Vedic tradition contained a great deal of genuine spiritual wisdom, but its contemporary expression as Indian Hinduism, particularly as expressed in popular Anglo-American practice, such as "yoga" and "meditation," is, for the most part, degenerate and corrupt.
