Nijikon 2009 was the 3rd anime convention of the Nijikon series held in 
Romania. It was held in Bucharest between 24 October, 2009 and 25 October, 2009, on a Saturday, respectively Sunday, at the "National Children's Palace".
It was organized by most high-profile anime site owners in Romania, with Coyotee was representative of anime-club.ro and Animax Romania. The admission fee cost 8 RON a day, roughly 2 euro at the October 2009 exchange rates.
