Sysop

A sysop is short for "system operator", and is a commonly used term for the administrator of a wiki, BBS or special-interest area of an online service. In wikiculture, "sysop" is sometimes a loaded term, referring to the "power structure", but generally refers to an editor with a senior status and the ability to delete pages and block unwanted users.
