"We do not have to behave like common chimpanzees. Humans have more self control. We can also choose to behave more like bonobos." Purely in terms of style, this sentance reads more like a comment. I agree with the statement but I think using pronouns like "we" "I" and "you," gives articles a much more personal ring and consequently, they sound less credible.
