'''Aplustv.ro''' was a [[Romanian anime site]] and the only official one of the only TV station in [[Romania]] transmitting [[anime]], [[Anime+]]. It was launched on the [[January 1|1st of January]] [[2006]] and the first known spread of the information was made by the creator, [[Alin Moiceanu|Mangaboy]], through a [[mass]] on [[Yahoo!]] messenger. As such, the first enlisted members were of those with old anime background, out of which member #5 and one of the few of the first wave to continue activating on the forum until the present ([[2008]]), [[Iusty]], and who, in the month(s) that followed, became directly administrator. Among the first members were resonating members of [[manga-anime.ro|Manga-Anime]] like [[al0ns0]].

== History ==

The site was started on the same base as [[manga-anime.ro|Manga-Anime]], with the first few months being left to develop in its own rhythm, including lots of spam. The first few days a provisory staff was created, consisting of people personally known by Mangaboy, as [[Mix (ro anime user)|Mix]] and, at that time, the recent administrator from ''manga-anime'', [[Iusty X|Iusty]].

== Legacy ==

While the site was in some ways controversial, it did open a way for internet users, mostly teenagers, to express better their words and feelings towards the anime current. As a website, [[animaxtv.ro]] replaced it, but as spirit this was done by [[animeplus.ro|animePLUS]] and partly by [[manga-anime.ro|Manga Anime]], with which it shared its goal to educate and learn users about anime and manga.

The Official A+ forum also gave a legacy of committed and respected users, even in the circles where the forum itself was disliked. Some have taken the good in it, some the bad, like the dismissed Alexander Krieg from A+ reinstated in Animax. However it would have been seen then, it is obvious now that the Animax forum brought nothing new than flash and more tight and hard rules upon its users, with a shift of polarity from democracy to a more dictatorship way of doing things.
