Scientology is a body of teachings and techniques, a philosophy, developed by L. Ron Hubbard. He begin its publication about 1952 and continued until his near his death in 1986. The name "Scientology" is also used as a short way of saying, the Church of Scientology. Hubbard entrusted his works to the Church, they publish and disseminate his works today.
