Los Alamos, New Mexico

Los Alamos is a town in Los Alamos County, New Mexico. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 11,909. It is home to the Los Alamos National Laboratory, a major part of the Manhattan Project. It is the county seat of Los Alamos County⁶.
