Opposition Coordination Council

Due to the fractured nature of the opposition in Russia, activists have decided to create a 45-member Opposition Coordination Council (OCC), which will try to coordinate and direct dissent in Russia. Elections for the council are being held in October 2012 with over 150,000 people registered to vote.[1]
