Volume of herbicide

It is well known that control of weeds by spraying of non-GMO crops requires both more herbicide and the use of varieties of herbicide that are more hazardous; it is also much more expensive and less effective. User:Fred Bauder Talk 01:53, 26 August 2013 (GMT)

I think this article is a bit biased, it makes it seem like people who have expressed concern that GMOs may have health effects are just conspiracy theorists, I don't know much about the subject but I think there have been some studies which have proved some of these effects. —

The oppressive nature of Monsanto's practices could be more completely set forth; they are very aggressive, and the point of their business is to sell chemicals. I've never been able to find any evidence that there are health effects, nor has any scientist. But there are a lot of sources cited by opponents. I think what is going on is exploitation of popular ignorance and distrust of an overbearing corporation. Globalization is not a conspiracy theory. User:Fred Bauder Talk 09:27, 26 August 2013 (GMT)
